commodore's message

            With the end of our election year here, I want to take the time to wish all the candidates running for office the best of luck.  I also wish to thank the current GPYC Board of Trustees for his/her service to your club.  It has been a challenging year and better times are ahead and we will get the club open real soon for outdoor cocktails and light dining.  Your club end’s the summer fiscally sound with no credit debt and we have plenty of money moving forward towards next year to fulfill our mortgage obligations.  I’ve said it before and again I want to say it’s been an honor and privilege to be your 2019/2020 Commodore.  I encourage all of our members to come out and vote August 8th at the club.
